On Friday 25 October, Kyan will be holding the second annual WXG (Web Expo Guildford). It’s a one-day event bringing together 11 inspiring industry speakers to talk about creating cutting-edge web experiences. We’ll be running parallel speaker sessions on design and development, giving attendees the chance to learn more about their area of expertise or get outside their comfort zone.
These are just some of the areas that will be covered at the event:
Web design
Web programming
Web development
Web Apps
Front end
User Experience
CSS
Web imagery
Agile project management
Creativity
Sessions include Whose Code is it Anyway?, Pixels for the People, Standing on the Shoulders of CSS Giants and How not to Wreck your Project on the First Day. View the full list of speakers and sessions.
The event is being held at the G Live centre in central Guildford, just 12 minutes walk from the mainline train station to London Waterloo (35 mins away).
Register online  WXG on EventBrite to reserve your place.  Follow all event news being tweeted by @kyan.

Nice job, you found it!

Now, go try out the 12th one:

Use Google Translate to bypass a paywall...

Ran into a page you can't read because it is blocked or paywalled? Here's a quick trick (doesn't always work, but often does!):

Type the page into Google translate (replace the example with the page you want):

http://translate.google.com/translate?sl=ja&tl=en&u=http://example.com/

How about that!?

Like this 12th trick? Tell others they need to look for this trick on our page: http://www.stateofdigital.com/search-hacks-marketers/
