A few years ago we were sharing great presentations from the field in our Friday Talk. Every week you would see a new presentation about digital marketing. Starting today, we are bringing this back! We feel presentations can be a great way of learning, so we’ll find the important ones for you! Combined with our Friday Infographic the Friday will now also see the talks return. One week it will be a talk, the other an infographic.
Today we start with a talk done by Jay Baer. Jay is a ‘social media guru’ and well known speaker. He travels the world to talk about social and digital in general, he writes books and he hosts a podcast.
In this talk, he addresses the topic of his new book: Customer Experience. And more specific: those that complain. “Haters are not your problem, ignoring them is”, Jay says. Enjoy!
