Last year at the Conversion Conference she was one of the keynote speakers: Nathalie Nahai. Before the conference we talked to Nathalie about her book Webs of Influence. That is a topic she talks about a lot. And so she did in Lisbon of which you can see the talk below.

    Brilliant stuff! Easy to understand presentation from Nathalie. I was really interested to see the differences between how Coca-Cola adjust their image to suit the various global targeting. It seems personalisation is something that is going to get more and more important as websites take the next step on from just being an outlet to becoming a personal shopping or information point tailored to individuals.
