If you are a regular State of Search reader you will be familiar with the International Search Summit. This conference is all about International Search matters and is organised several times per year, most of the time alongside SMX.
The International Search Summit is now expanding into the world of social, something the organisers are already doing with their other initiative, the International SEO School. Starting this September they will organise the International Social Media Summit in Las Vegas alongside SMX Social Media Marketing.
As with the Search Summit, the International Social Media Summit will specifically focus on International matters around the topic. The format of the show will be the same: high quality speakers who will each have enough time to dive into a topic, combined with discussion groups and networking.
Webcertain CEO Andy Atkins-Kruger, organiser of the event is excited:
“Social Media is constantly evolving, so keeping up with the changes is a real challenge for many organizations. Throw international into the mix and its gets much more fragmented. The International Social Media Summit will highlight the key social channels international brands need to be aware of and share actionable tips for using them effectively to create brand awareness and generate leads/sales. Delegates can combine the in-depth social training offered by SMX, with the international-specific content of ISMS and will leave Las Vegas with the knowledge and tools to engage socially with their target audience around the world.”
Super Early Bird Rates are still available for ISMS-SMX combo passes, as well as individual passes for both events. The International Social Media Summit will take place on December 4th, with SMX Social Media Marketing being held on December 5th and 6th.
