It takes years to build up and seconds to brake down: your online reputation, or your “e-reputation” as some say. It takes a lot of work, as this infographic will show you, to built that reputation. With the right online tools however, you might just manage.

    Nice Infographic. It only takes one negative review on the page one results for your brand name to really damage a brands reputation. Every bad client experience can do masses of damage. Sam nailed it with her StOS post last month, but essentially you need a really strong page one for your brand to ensure people come away with a positive perception when they research you online.
