  • Nice Infographic. It only takes one negative review on the page one results for your brand name to really damage a brands reputation. Every bad client experience can do masses of damage. Sam nailed it with her StOS post last month, but essentially you need a really strong page one for your brand to ensure people come away with a positive perception when they research you online.
