About Andy Miller
Bio
Andy has been in online marketing for over 7 years, and in that time has worked for in house teams & agencies in roles specialising in SEO, content marketing, digital analytics and strategy. He is currently self employed as both a business owner and freelancer.
Coming out of University, Andy started an online fancy dress business, born out of a frustration that there were no costumes left at Halloween. This is where he started learning about online marketing, specifically SEO. Later, Andy joined a PPC agency to broaden his skillsets to paid advertising, before joining the team at BlueGlass where he was the lead digital consultant for strategic digital projects. Right now Andy is a running a network of ecommerce sites, doing freelance digital marketing work for clients and working on promoting charity projects in Africa.
Within digital, Andy’s biggest interests lie in search engine marketing and analytics. Specifically, the way that content can be served across multiple channels to influence user behaviour and impact propensity to convert.
When he can, Andy speaks at digital conferences and startup events about marketing practices, he also does digital training for SEO, PPC, Analytics and Ecommerce. Andy speaks some Chinese and makes an incredible curry!
