Winrumors reports that Microsoft is getting ready to launch a special HTML5 version of Bing. This new version is part of the new release of Internet Explorer 9.
In the new Bing there will be lots of room for animation, including an animation which is much like Google Instant. Page elements will be automatically transitioned when typing a search query.
The Bing HTML 5 will also give us some smooth transitions and has Photosynth elements in them. There will also be “hovering windows” when you scroll down. That way the navigation tabs will be constantly in view.

According to Winrumors Bing’s preview site is currently live but does not allow you to turn on HTML5 Bing just yet.
