If you have a website then you probably already know that, in order for it to take flight, you need some really strong landing pages. Studies show that between 10 and 15 is the optimum number of landing pages needed to succeed and, these can include sales and product pages, an email opt in page, a social media landing page and more.
A guide to the best landing gear
On hearing that they need multiple pages, many brands panic; visualising soaring costs in web design fees. Thankfully, getting your site off the ground needn’t cost the Earth as there are tons of tools out there to help you, including a large number of landing page builders which allow you to create pages yourself at an affordable price.
Today, I am going to take a look at some of the first class landing page builders available right now.
Landingi
One of our favourites, Landingi is a Poland-based landing page builder which is easy to use even if you have no programming skills whatsoever. Landingi allows you to choose from over 200 landing page templates which you can then customise using a simple drag and drop process. Landingi has loads of built-in icons, images and fonts to help you make your landing page your own.
Features
- Drag and drop editing
- 200+ templates
- Assorted images and fonts
- Follow up / Thank you option
- Easy integration
- One click duplication
Price
Landingi’s pricing is divided between Business and Agency options and, packages are priced as follows:
Business
Core Package $29 per month
Create Package $45 per month
Automate Package $59 per month
Agency
Consultant Package $145 per month
Agency Package $149 per month
Agency Pro Package $245 per month
The Verdict: Landingi is a great option for new and established businesses alike. Whilst the system is straightforward enough for startups and individuals to master by themselves, it also has enough bells and whistles to satisfy the needs of larger and more established brands.
Bannerflow
Hailed as a Creative Management Platform (CMP), Bannerflow was originally created for banners but has since extended its offerings to landing pages. Easy to navigate, users can manage entire campaigns and create and update pages all from one platform.
Features
- Landing page creation and updating
- Campaign creation and management
- Integration with Google Analytics and affiliate platforms
- Tracking
- A/B testing
Price
Bannerflow doesn’t unfortunately publish its prices but these are available on sign up to the program. Indications are that the system is priced fairly high compared to many competitors.
Verdict: Bannerflow is a solid landing page solution for those looking for something efficient and practical. Although users shouldn’t expect anything particularly elegant or flash, it certainly gets the job done and is easy to use.
Unbounce
Another one that ticks a lot of boxes for us is Unbounce. Founded by Rick Perreault in Vancouver, Canada, Unbounce is particularly targeted at startups and small businesses due to its easy use and integration.
Features
- 125+ customisable templates
- Mobile friendly templates
- Drag and drop landing page builder
- Pop ups and sticky bars
- A/B testing
- Easy integration
- Live chat support
Price
Unbounce is available in three straightforward packages; all of which are billed annually. These packages are:
Essential Package $79 per month
Premium Package $159 per month
Enterprise Package $399 per month
Verdict: Unbounce is a solid starter kit for those just starting their journey in building landing pages. Although it does contain some great features, these are relatively limited considering the price is quite high so may not be suitable for more established businesses.
Instapage
A subsidiary of social media giant, Instagram, Instapage is a pretty impressive landing page builder which allows users to quickly create and maintain post-click, mobile friendly pages without any prior coding skills.
Features
- Over 200 pages
- Drag and drop landing page editor
- Plug-in compatibility and integration with other tools
- Mobile responsive
- Detailed analytics
- A/B testing
- Heatmaps
Price
There’s not too much to think about here as Instapage has just one option:
Enterprise Package $149 per month
Verdict: Although Instapage doesn’t have any wiggle room on the price which, is moderately high, it does go some way to justifying the cost with the number of features available. One major plus is that Instapage does allow you to create super-professional looking landing pages with very little effort or skill.
Mailerlite
A superstar in the email marketing world, Mailerlite’s landing page service is relatively unknown – which is a shame as it’s got a fair bit going for it.
Features
- Free trial
- Drag and drop landing page builder
- Flexible editing
- Engagement features
- Custom domain and SSL integration
- GDPR settings
- A/B testing
- Analytics
Price
Mailerlite has a range of really reasonable, unnamed packages as follows:
Package 1 $10 per month
Package 2 $15 per month
Package 3 $30 per month
Package 4 $50 per month.
Verdict: Despite the impressive looking list of features, Mailerlite’s landing page builder is relatively basic – which is perhaps reflected in the price. Although this system might be good for an individual or startup, it’s unlikely to be enough for a larger, more established business.
Leadpages
Ideal for those on a tight budget, Leadpages was founded by Clay Collins in Minneapolis in 2012 and has gone from strength to strength as an affordable landing page builder.
Features
- Drag and drop landing page builder
- Easy editing
- Mobile friendly
- Plug in friendly
- A/B testing
Price
Leadpages offers three really affordable packages as follows:
Start Package $15 per month
Standard Package $25 per month
Pro Package $48 per month
Verdict: As mentioned, the main advantage of Leadpages is the price which is massively affordable. Unfortunately, when it comes to Leadpages, the design function is really quite basic and so maybe not suitable for those looking for a super-professional looking finish.
Mobirise
This Germany based website construction kit is clean, clear and, most surprisingly, free to download for Windows and Mac. It’s simple navigation allows you to create fairly basic websites and landing pages with over 200 templates.
Features
- Free app for Windows and Mac
- 200+ templates
- Drag and drop editor
Price
Nada, zip, nowt – as mentioned, Mobirise is free to use.
Verdict: Mobirise is by no means the most sophisticated or comprehensive landing page builder out there but, if your budget is close to nonexistent, this is a decent app to use while you find your feet.
Agile CRM
Launched in 2013, Agile CRM is a force to be reckoned with. As well as giving you the ability to create powerful landing pages, this system includes a ton of marketing automation features for a great, all round package.

Price
Ucraft has four pricing options to choose from and, these are:

Verdict: Landing pages are just a small arm of UCraft’s business and, maybe for that reason, the features are fairly basic and, users shouldn’t expect super-professional looking pages. On the upside, UCraft’s pricing is really reasonable so, if you’re on a budget, it’s worth giving it a go.

Features
- Converting templates
- Targeted Facebook traffic
- Step by step guides
- Opt in pages
- 30 day money-back guarantee
Price
Unusually, ProfitMozo is a software package available at a one off price of $47.
Verdict: Although reasonably basic, ProfitMozo is nonetheless well worth the (very reasonable) price for its Facebook traffic capabilities alone. Another really helpful aspect is that there is no limit to the number of pages that can be created.

Although the Basic package isn’t too comprehensive, it’s a great starting point for those looking to have a play with the tool before committing to a paid option. Whilst Flauntly isn’t the most sophisticated page builder in the world, it’s easy to use and includes a decent number of features.

Launchrock
Launched in 2011, Launchrock is a free platform for building landing pages for business.
Features
- Super fast builder
- Drag and drop editor
- Analytics
Price
Launchrock has just one price – absolutely free!
Verdict: The great news about Launchrock is that it’s completely free of charge. Unfortunately, this does mean that you can’t expect any fancy features like A/B testing. If, however, you’re just looking to get started with landing page building, this is a good starting point.
Click Funnels

- Email and Facebook automation
- Video
- Broadcasting
- Analytics
Price
To begin with, Click Funnels offers a free 14 day trial so that you can check out all the bells and whistles available. After that, things unfortunately get a bit pricey. As Click Funnels is a really comprehensive sales, website, editing and broadcasting service, prices are high – and are as follows:
Smart Funnel Builder $2,997 per year
Simple Web page Creation $1,997 per year
Verdict: We’d be the first to admit that Click Funnels is a great system for creating pages, broadcasting and generating leads, the price is likely to be prohibitive for some smaller brands who would be better off choosing one of our more affordable recommendations.
Kickoff Labs
Last but not least is Kickoff Labs, a comprehensive suite of business tools which includes a pretty decent landing page builder.
Features
- Drag and drop editor
- Ready made templates
- Customer support
- Mobile friendly
Price
Kickoff Labs offers four separate pricing plans as follows:
Hobby Package $19 per month
Premium Package $49 per month
Business Package $99 per month

Verdict: As the landing page builder is just one of the tools available from Kickoff Labs, it’s neither the most sophisticated nor the most feature rich. Having said that, it gets the job done and pricing is comparably reasonable.
Conclusion
With so much choice available, there’s simply no excuse for any business to skimp when it comes to their landing pages. Choose one or more from our list and help your business to take off.
